1. Who we are

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://financeaipush.life and any vocational training services provided by Finance AI Push Pte. Ltd. ("Finance AI Push", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in Singapore under UEN 202996274K, with its studio at 7 Straits View, #02-12 Marina One East Tower, Singapore 018936. By using our website or booking a programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Nature of our services

Finance AI Push provides vocational skills training in AI-assisted finance management. Our programmes, coaching and corporate training are educational in nature. They are designed to build practical finance hygiene and the responsible use of AI tools. Nothing we provide is financial advice, accounting certification, legal advice, tax advice, investment guidance, or any promise or guarantee of financial outcomes, employment, earnings or returns. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for a programme or submit an enquiry on your own behalf. Where you register on behalf of an organisation or another individual, you warrant that you have the authority to do so and to accept these Terms for that party.

4. Bookings, fees and payment

Programme fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and, where indicated, exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST) that may apply. The ranges shown on our Programmes page are indicative; the exact fee for a cohort or coaching engagement will be confirmed to you in writing before payment. A booking is confirmed only when we have acknowledged it and received any required payment or deposit. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, in which case any fees paid for the cancelled service will be refunded.

5. Rescheduling and cancellation

If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed booking, please contact us as early as possible. Our cancellation and refund terms for a given programme will be set out at the time of booking. Where we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort for reasons within our control and you are unable to attend the revised dates, you may choose a full refund of fees paid for that cohort or a transfer to a future cohort. We are not liable for incidental costs such as travel arrangements you make independently.

6. Your responsibilities as a learner

To get the most from the flow board and to keep the studio a productive space for everyone, you agree to:

• attend sessions punctually and engage in good faith with the practice;
• treat facilitators and fellow learners with respect;
• use any materials, software and studio equipment only as intended;
• refrain from entering confidential, personal or third-party data into external AI tools without proper authorisation; and
• comply with any additional cohort guidelines communicated to you.

We may ask a learner to leave a session or programme, without refund, where their conduct is disruptive, unsafe or unlawful.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our training materials — including text, graphics, the flow board method, course structures, logos and the "Finance AI Push" name — is owned by or licensed to Finance AI Push and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may access and use the website and any materials provided to you for your own learning and internal business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, licence or commercially exploit our content or methods without our prior written consent. Any third-party names or trademarks mentioned, such as the names of AI tools, remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced only for descriptive purposes.

8. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to use the website in any way that is unlawful, harmful or disruptive. In particular, you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest data at scale, submit false information through our forms, or use the contact form to send spam or unsolicited communications. The honeypot and other measures on our forms exist to protect the studio from abuse, and interfering with them is prohibited.

9. Third-party tools and links

Our courses teach the supervised use of third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and Gemini, and our website may link to third-party services such as font providers. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or practices. Your use of any third-party tool is governed by that provider's own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.

10. Disclaimers

Our website and training are provided "as is" and "as available". While we take care to ensure our content is accurate and useful, we make no warranties, express or implied, that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the training will achieve any particular result for you. Any decisions you make about your finances, business or career after attending our programmes are your own, and we strongly recommend obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finance AI Push will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or our services. Our total aggregate liability arising from or connected to a programme will not exceed the fees you paid to us for that programme. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Finance AI Push harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website or materials, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies is described in our Cookie Policy. By using the website you acknowledge those policies.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its "last updated" date, will always be published on this page. Your continued use of the website or our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website or our services.
