Six flow boards, one calm method
Each programme is an immersive AI finance management course you work by hand before you automate. Boards run as small cohorts at the Marina One studio; SGD ranges reflect cohort length and one-to-one coaching. Prices exclude GST where applicable.
How to choose
Start at Foundations, or jump to your gap
If finance hygiene is new to you, begin at Board 1 and move along the rail in order. If you already reconcile confidently but freeze at forecasts, jump straight to Board 4 or 5. Not sure? Send us your messiest month-end and we will suggest a board. Every path can finish at the Finance Capstone, where you turn scattered skills into portfolio proof.
Board 1 — Finance AI Push Foundations
The starting board for anyone who wants finance hygiene to feel calm rather than confusing. You set up the four-stage loop — observe, classify, report, review — on real everyday records, learn consistent categories, and meet AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot as supervised helpers you never blindly trust. By the end you can tidy a simple set of books and produce a report a colleague understands.
Board 2 — AI Tools for Budget-Ready Work
This board turns generative AI into a budgeting crew you direct. You practise prompt patterns for ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, use Copilot inside a spreadsheet, and learn to spot when a large language model quietly invents a number. The focus is budget-ready hygiene: building a working budget, checking assumptions, and drafting a plain-English summary — with your judgement firmly in charge of every figure that matters.
Board 3 — Expense & Invoice Workflows on the Board
Expenses, receipts and invoices are where most books get messy, so this board drills them until reconciliation becomes a calm routine. You classify real expense batches, match invoices to payments, chase the missing line, and use AI assistants to speed up tedious tagging while keeping the audit trail human-readable. You leave with a repeatable month-end workflow you can run without a scramble.
Board 4 — Reporting & Forecast Hygiene with AI
Reports and forecasts are only useful when people trust them. On this board you build management reports and rolling forecasts that read clearly, using generative AI to draft narrative and stress-test scenarios while you own every number. You practise the discipline of tracing each figure back to its source, so an AI assistant speeds the writing but never launders a mistake into something that looks official.
Board 5 — Cash-Flow & Operations Decision Support
Cash flow is the story a business actually lives by, and this board teaches you to read it. You model runway, test operational choices before they hit the ledger, and use AI assistants to explore "what if" scenarios that you then verify by hand. The goal is decision support you can defend in a meeting — clear cash-flow hygiene that helps operations make calmer, better-informed calls.
Finance Capstone — Finance Skills Portfolio Experience
The capstone brings every board together. Over an extended engagement you assemble portfolio proof: a full worked set of hygiene routines, reconciliations, reports and forecasts drawn from real or realistic records, all delivered with supervised AI tools. You finish with a reviewable portfolio and a public showcase — evidence of AI finance management skill you can show an employer, a manager or your own business.
Coaching
One-to-one board reviews
Every programme includes coaching-desk time — a quieter one-to-one review where a facilitator sits with your actual work and helps you tighten the hygiene. It is the fastest way to fix a habit that keeps tripping your reports. Coaching is booked around the studio hours, Monday to Friday, and can be added to any board for learners who want extra reps.
