How Finance AI Push Pte. Ltd. collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data.

Last updated: 17 July 2026

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Finance AI Push Pte. Ltd. ("Finance AI Push", "we", "us" or "our") handles personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (the "PDPA"). It applies to personal data collected through our website at https://financeaipush.life, at our studio at 7 Straits View, #02-12 Marina One East Tower, Singapore 018936, and through any enquiry, registration, coaching or corporate training interaction you have with us. By using our website or providing us with your personal data, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

We are a vocational training studio. We do not provide financial advice, and we do not process financial-market or investment data on your behalf. The personal data we handle is the ordinary contact and enrolment information needed to run courses — not your bank accounts, ledgers or client books, which remain yours.

2. What personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Contact details — your name, email address and, if you provide it, your telephone number.
  • Enquiry content — the topic you select and the message you write when you use our contact form, including any details you choose to share about your role, team or learning goals.
  • Enrolment information — the programme or board you register for, cohort dates, and any accommodations you request.
  • Corporate contact information — where you enquire on behalf of an organisation, the organisation's name and your business contact details.
  • Technical data — limited information collected automatically by your browser, such as IP address, device type and pages viewed, and any cookie preferences you set (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not include confidential financial records, passwords or third-party personal data in your messages to us.

3. How we collect personal data

We collect personal data directly from you when you complete our contact form, email or call the studio, register for a programme, or attend a session. We also collect limited technical data automatically through cookies and standard server logs. Where you provide personal data about another person (for example, a colleague you are registering), you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that they are aware of this policy.

4. Purposes for which we use personal data

We use personal data only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, including:

  • responding to your enquiries and providing the information you request;
  • administering registrations, scheduling cohorts and coaching, and managing corporate training engagements;
  • sending you service messages about a booking you have made, such as confirmations and reminders;
  • improving our courses, website and studio experience;
  • maintaining records for accounting, tax and internal administration; and
  • complying with applicable laws and responding to lawful requests from authorities.

We will seek your consent before using your personal data for a purpose that is materially different from those listed above, unless we are permitted or required to do so without consent under the PDPA.

5. Consent and withdrawal of consent

When you submit our contact form you are asked to give explicit consent for us to contact you about your enquiry; this consent box is never pre-ticked. You may withdraw your consent to our continued use of your personal data at any time by writing to us at [email protected]. On receiving a withdrawal request we will inform you of the likely consequences — for example, that we may be unable to continue processing your registration — and, subject to legal or contractual restrictions, we will stop using your personal data for the relevant purposes within a reasonable time.

6. Disclosure of personal data

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose personal data to trusted third parties only where necessary to operate the studio, such as:

  • IT and email service providers who host our website and deliver our messages;
  • professional advisers such as accountants and auditors, under duties of confidentiality; and
  • government agencies, regulators or law enforcement where required or permitted by law.

Where we engage service providers to process personal data on our behalf, we require them to protect that data to a standard consistent with the PDPA and this policy.

7. Use of AI tools

Our courses teach the responsible, supervised use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and Gemini. We do not upload your personal data into third-party AI systems as part of running this website or handling your enquiry. Any use of AI tools during a course is for training purposes using sample or your own material at your discretion, and we coach learners never to enter confidential or personal data into external AI systems without proper authorisation.

8. Transfers outside Singapore

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Singapore. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, whether through contractual commitments or the recipient's own certified protections.

9. Protection of personal data

We make reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in our possession or control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. These arrangements include access controls, encrypted transmission where appropriate, and limiting access to personal data to staff who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Accuracy and retention

We take reasonable steps to ensure that personal data we collect is accurate and complete, particularly where it is likely to be used to make a decision that affects you or disclosed to another organisation. We retain personal data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required for legal, accounting or reporting obligations. When personal data is no longer needed, we will destroy it or anonymise it.

11. Your rights: access and correction

Subject to the exceptions in the PDPA, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used or disclosed in the past year. You may also request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data. We may charge a reasonable fee for an access request to cover our administrative costs, and we will inform you of any fee in advance.

12. Data Protection Officer

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing our compliance with the PDPA. If you have any questions, requests or complaints about how we handle personal data, please contact our DPO at [email protected], or write to the Data Protection Officer, Finance AI Push Pte. Ltd., 7 Straits View, #02-12 Marina One East Tower, Singapore 018936. We aim to respond to all reasonable requests within thirty days.

13. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. You can manage your preferences through the cookie banner and your browser settings. Please see our Cookie Policy for full details of the cookies we use and how consent is recorded.

14. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites, such as font and mapping providers. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

15. Data breach notification

We maintain procedures to detect, assess and respond to data breaches. In the unlikely event of a data breach that is likely to result in significant harm to affected individuals, or that is of a significant scale, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals in accordance with the notification obligations under the PDPA. We will also take reasonable steps to contain the breach, recover the affected data where possible, and prevent a recurrence. We keep an internal record of breaches and the remedial actions taken, so that our safeguards continue to improve over time.

16. Children's data

Our programmes and website are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete that information. Where an organisation registers staff for corporate training, it is responsible for ensuring that only appropriate individuals are enrolled.

17. Marketing communications

We will only send you marketing communications, such as information about new boards or upcoming intakes, where you have given us clear consent to do so, and we will always give you an easy way to opt out. Service messages that relate directly to a booking you have made — such as a confirmation or a schedule change — are not marketing and may be sent to you as part of delivering the service you requested. You can update your marketing preferences at any time by writing to [email protected].

18. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services or the law. The current version, together with its "last updated" date, will always be available on this page. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention, for example by highlighting the update on the website. Your continued use of our website after an update constitutes acknowledgement of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically so that you remain informed about how we protect your personal data.
