FINANCE AI PUSHFLOW BOARDMARINA ONE

Push finance skills into flow — calm hygiene drills, clear reports.

Finance AI Push is a Singapore finance push studio where you learn AI finance management by working real board tasks — not by watching slides. We drill the everyday hygiene of numbers until it flows.

The flow statement

Finance work stops being scary when the hygiene becomes a habit.

Most people do not struggle with finance because the maths is hard. They struggle because the day-to-day hygiene never settles into a rhythm — receipts pile up, categories drift, the month-end report becomes a scramble, and the numbers stop telling a story anyone trusts. Finance AI Push exists to fix that rhythm. On the flow board, you practise the same small moves again and again until observing, classifying, reporting and reviewing feel automatic rather than anxious.

We pair that hands-on practice with modern AI tools. You will learn to draft with ChatGPT, tidy working papers with Copilot, cross-check narrative with Claude, and explore quick summaries with Gemini — always with a human check on top. The point is not to hand your judgement to a large language model. The point is to let an AI assistant carry the repetitive load so your attention goes to the decision, the reconciliation and the report that a colleague can actually read. This is generative AI used as a calm co-worker, not a magic answer machine.

Everything happens at our finance push studio at Marina One, on Straits View. Cohorts are small, the pace is deliberate, and the language is plain Singapore English. You leave with portfolio proof — real worked examples of budget, cash-flow and forecast hygiene you can show an employer, a manager or your own small business books.

The board loop

Four stages, repeated until they flow

Every hygiene drill on the board runs through the same four moves. Master the loop once and it transfers to any set of books.

Observe

Read the raw record — the receipt, the statement line, the invoice — before touching it. Notice what is actually there.

Classify

Sort each item into the right category with a consistent rule. This is where AI tools speed up tedious tagging while you keep the judgement.

Report

Turn the tidy data into a clear report a non-finance colleague can read without a translator. Plain lines, honest totals.

Review

Check the report against reality, flag the odd number, and note what to watch next month. The loop closes and starts again.

The method

Drill the hygiene, then let AI carry the repetition.

Our method is simple to describe and demanding to practise. First you learn a finance hygiene move by hand — reconciling a bank feed, splitting an expense, tidying an invoice ledger — so you understand what "right" looks like. Only then do we introduce automation, machine learning helpers and prompt patterns, so you can tell when an AI assistant is helping and when it is quietly wrong.

Facilitators sit beside you at the board rather than lecturing from the front. You work, they nudge, you review. Because the studio is a vocational training space and not lifestyle coaching, the measure of a good session is a cleaner set of numbers and a report you would happily send — nothing vaguer than that.

Inside a session

Small rooms, real records, honest feedback.

A typical flow board session opens with a short warm-up drill, moves into a live piece of finance hygiene — an expense batch, an invoice run, a forecast tidy — and closes with a group review where reports are read aloud and gently pulled apart. You use the same everyday AI tools you would reach for at work, including ChatGPT and Copilot, but always with the facilitator asking, "does that number make sense?"

Nobody is put on the spot for getting something wrong. Wrong is how the hygiene gets learned. What we ask for is attention, a willingness to redo a report until it is clear, and the honesty to flag a figure you are not sure about.

What the flow board changes

Learner experiences shared with permission. These describe skills and confidence, never earnings or guaranteed outcomes.

"I used to dread month-end. Now the expense hygiene is a twenty-minute routine and my reports read like plain English. Learning to check what Copilot suggested — instead of trusting it blindly — was the part that stuck."

Operations coordinatorSME, Paya Lebar · F-03 graduate

"The board loop finally made forecasting feel doable. I draft the narrative with ChatGPT, then walk every line back to the numbers myself. My manager said it was the clearest cash-flow note our team has produced."

Quick questions

Before you join a finance push

Do I need a finance background?

No. Foundations (F-01) assumes you can read a bank statement and nothing more. We build the hygiene from there, one move at a time.

Is this about getting rich or passive income?

No. Finance AI Push is vocational skills training in AI finance management. We teach hygiene, reporting and tool judgement — never wealth guarantees, trading tips or get-rich-quick schemes.

Which AI tools will I actually use?

The everyday ones — ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude and Gemini — used as supervised assistants. You will learn where each helps and where a human must stay in charge.

Where do sessions run?

At our finance push studio, 7 Straits View, #02-12 Marina One East Tower, Singapore 018936, Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 SGT.
